Nick
Nick is a 55-year-old man living with Parkinson’s disease, a condition that has significantly impacted his mobility, independence, and daily life.
While his NDIS plan provided some funding and support, it fell short of meeting his complex needs, making it difficult for him to receive the care and stability he required.

Circle
Nick’s previous support system was fragmented and inconsistent, leaving him vulnerable. Key challenges included:
- Uncoordinated Support: Support workers lacked clear direction and communication.
- High Staff Turnover: Frequent changes led to inconsistent care, with no reliable backups.
- Inadequate Training: Support workers were not trained in managing Parkinson’s-related care, increasing health risks.
- Underfunded NDIS plan: Nick’s NDIS plan did not enable him to live safely and independently in the community.
Circle SC worked closely with specialist therapy providers and introduced a well-coordinated, clinically supervised support team to provide consistent, professional care.
