Kally
Kally is a single mother juggling the needs of four children, aged 6 to 16, each with their own set of challenges. The family’s busy life included coordinating multiple NDIS plans, managing appointments, and dealing with overlapping schedules. With children attending three different schools and each child requiring different levels of support, the mother understandably felt overwhelmed and burnt out, trying to keep up with the complexities of her family’s needs.

Meets
Circle
When the family came to Circle, the mother was exhausted and struggling to manage everything on her own. She needed help to streamline the family’s NDIS plans and coordinated support. Circle worked with the family to understand their unique needs and create a more manageable routine. The team helped by:
- Aligning and simplifying the family’s NDIS plans.
- Streamlining services and creating simple clear budget breakdowns and support schedules.
- Coordinating therapies, respite care, and in-home support.
- Ensuring the mother had the breathing room to focus on quality family time.
- Advocating for the family’s needs through the review process.

Today
The changes have been profound. While life is still hectic, the family’s routine is now predictable and manageable. The children’s needs are being met without overwhelming the mother, who no longer feels like she’s drowning in responsibilities. Mum feels more empowered as a parent, able to focus on what matters most—spending quality time with her children. The family is thriving, and the stress has been significantly alleviated.
Circle feels more personal than other providers. It’s a very complex situation so I appreciate all the help I get from Dan and Tess. They take care of all the paperwork, invoices, emails, changes to fundings and tribunal hearings. I heard about them at the Kidd Clinic, and we never looked back.
I’ve had a few support coordinators over the years but Circle SC had the experience and knowledge to get us the supports we need. They are amazing. They review our circumstances and meet with us regularly. They are not overly intrusive either.
If they haven’t heard from us in a while, we get a call to check in that everything is going alright. We feel 100% safe, respected and cared for. They do their due diligence when matching other providers and therapists to our needs. I know I have Circle SC in my corner.
We have to have tribunal hearings almost every plan review to get our complex needs met so I’m just so grateful that Circle SC takes care of things in the background so that I can focus on being mum. They are absolutely awesome and I cannot praise them enough.
